Product Introduction: This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of SH/T 0175 "Determination of Oxidation Stability of Distillate Fuel Oil". The Distillate Fuel Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is used to determine the inherent stability performance of intermediate distillate fuel oil with an initial boiling point not lower than 175 ℃ and a distillation temperature not higher than 370 ℃ at the 90% point, that is, the ability of the sample to resist changes when exposed to the atmosphere in the absence of environmental factors such as water, active metal surfaces, and pollutants. Structural composition: This instrument consists of an oil bath, a stainless steel cover, a flow meter, an intelligent digital temperature controller, an electric heating device, and a microcontroller timer. The constant temperature bath has good insulation effect, large capacity, and can be used for testing 4-8 samples. The surface of the constant temperature bath is relatively low (about 800mm), which is convenient for taking and placing oxidation tubes. The constant temperature bath and easily corroded areas are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials, with good anti-corrosion performance. At the same time, the heating bath is equipped with an overflow device. When the heating medium is too full, it will flow out through the overflow device. 5. The distillation fuel oil oxidation stability tester has automatic temperature control, timing setting alarm and other devices. The cut-off of the auxiliary heater can also be automatically achieved.
